Open the beer. Fill the empty space in the neck of the bottle with the rum. The bottle should be filled to the top. Plug the bottle with your thumb or the palm of your hand. Turn the bottle upside-down so the rum and beer mix. Turn the bottle right side-up, unplug, and drink. - 1 oz. cinnamon-infused Roca Patron Anejo
1/2 oz. blood orange purée
1/2 oz. fresh orange juice
To make cinnamon-infused Roca, soak 6 cinnamon sticks in a 750ml bottle for 24 hours, then remove. Pour blood orange purée in a shot glass. Shake cinnamon-infused Roca with orange juice and strain into the shot glass. - 1 oz. gin

1 oz. Rosso (sweet) vermouth
Stir into old fashioned glass over ice, garnish with an orange peel and serve. - 12 oz. can light beer
